2.This Court earlier, directed the fourth respondent to disconnect the electricity service connection granted to the seventh respondent Unit. 3.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submits that the seventh respondent has already surrendered the EB Connection and FSSAI license and he is not running the unit anymore.

If it is found that the unit is still running by any other person, the second respondent is directed to give a representation to the fourth respondent to disconnect the Electricity Service connection given to the person, who is presently running the unit instead of seventh respondent. On receipt of the same, the Electricity Board is directed to disconnect the electricity service connection. Thereafter, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate action to close down the illegal unit in accordance with law.
