ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to restrain TANGEDCO from giving electricity service connection based on the request of the private respondents. 3.This Court cannot assume that TANGEDCO authorities will not act legally. As and when the TANGEDCO authorities consider the application made by the private respondents, the objection made by the petitioner shall also be taken into account.
