ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry without due process of law.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint preferred by the third respondent, the second respondent initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.420 of 2020, dated 14.06.2020 and another one enquiry was also initiated in C.No.28/CAMP/ACPCO/PT/TINC/2020. He would further submit that during enquiry, both the petitioner and the third respondent are advised to approach the competent Court of law for settling the dispute having between them and the complaint has also been closed.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7461 of 2020 3.It is made clear, now that the complaint preferred by the third respondent has been closed, the second respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
