This petition has been filed to call for the records and set aside the order dated 20.10.2016 passed in Cr.M.P.No.901 of 2016 in S.C.No.245 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur, Thanjavur District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as per the conditional order dated 06.02.2017, the petitioners had paid a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority. In view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court, the order passed by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur, Thanjavur District is set aside and the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur, Thanjavur District is directed to recall P.W.1 to be re-examined by the petitioner/accused herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.(MD) No.12258 of 2016 is closed.
