ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to withdraw the Crime No.39 of 2023, on the file of the second respondent police and to transfer the investigation of the same to the third respondent police or to any other competent investigation agency.

2. An allegation has been made against one Suresh Kumar - Inspector of Police, K.Pudukkottai. According to the petitioner, as of now, no proper action has been taken in this complaint, but, insofar as the other case is concerned, he was arrested and released on bail. Today, Mr.S.Balaji, Sub Inspector of Police, is present before this Court and stated that since the Inspector of Police - Suresh Kumar is now transfer.

3. In view of the above said submission, the investigation in both the matters (i.e.Crime No.38 and 39 of 2023) be undertaken by the second respondent under the supervision of the Deputy Superintendant of Police, Pudukkottai.
