Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to register and to release the Pending Document No.10/2014, which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2016 within a stipulated time.

ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Sethuraman, Special Government Pleader, For R1 and R2, this Court made the following order:

3.The Registry is directed to restore the main writ petition and post the same in the normal course.
