ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.206 of 2022 dated of 2022 dated 27.11.2022 into section 302 IPC on the file of the Kaariayur Police Station, Pudhukottai District preferably to CBCID or to any other honest Investigating Officer from the 3rd respondent.

2. In view of the orders that were passed by this Court earlier, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ilupur Sub Division has taken up the investigation on 12.06.2023 and so far the investigating has not been concluded since the motivation could not be ascertained.

3. Let the above said investigation be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
