PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 20 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.09.2021 for the offence under Sections 8 (c), 20(b)(ii)(C) and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner already filed an application seeking for bail in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6303 of 2022 and this Court, by order, dated 12.08.2022, dismissed the petition. However, it was suppressed by the petitioner and he has filed this petition once again for bail. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
