ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 23.03.2015, 10.04.2015 and 08.06.2015 within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the lease period has come to an end, the petitioner, who is a cable TV Operator, gave representation to the respondent on several occasions for refund of caution deposit of Rs.2,26,500/- and earnest money deposit of Rs.10,000/-. But, the request of the petitioner was not considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

5. Considering the submissions made, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
