ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506 (ii) I.P.C. in Crime No.06 of 2018.

2.The petitioners undertook to return a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the de facto complainant. Based on the said undertaking, the relief of anticipatory bail was granted by this Court on 02.07.2018. Only for reporting compliance, the matter has been posted today. 3.It is now submitted that this condition has not been complied with.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners also submit that he has already given a change of vakalat. Since the petitioners have not acted as per the undertaking given before this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, this Court is constrained to dismiss this Criminal Original Petition. Since the undertaking given before this Court has not been complied with, based on which anticipatory bail was granted, this Court is of the view that the petitioners have taken this Court for a ride.
