ORDER

This Criminal Petition filed has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.320 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard Mr.V.Janakiramulu for petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the Respondents. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.320/2016 has almost been completed and a draft chargesheet has been laid and the same would be filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate shortly.

4. Recording the submissions, this Court directs the respondent police to file the final report within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if chargesheet is filed. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
