This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 738 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal against the award made in M.C.O.P.No.6119 of 2013 dated 05.12.2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Special Sub Judge, Thiruchirappalli.
