ORDER

The case of the petitioner is that for the mistake during UDR, the District Revenue Officer is competent to set right the same. The petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 28.02.2024 before the second respondent.

2. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the same and pass final order in the manner known to law, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. The second respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
