Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, praying this Court to condone the delay of 101 days in filing the above Revision Petition against the order passed by the VI th Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai in Crl.A.No.107 of 2016 dated 27.04.2018 confirmed in S.T.C.No. 330 of 2012 dated 01.11.2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Fast Track Court, at Magisterial Level, Madurai.

PRAYER In Crl.R.C.(MD)SR. No.550 of 2019:This Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C. to set aside the judgment passed by the VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai made in Crl.A.No. 107 of 2016 dated 27.04.2018 by confirming the sentence passed in S.T.C.No. 330 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level, Madurai dated 01.11.2016.

ORDER

The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 101 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order passed by the VIth Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai in Crl.A.No.107 of 2016, dated 27.04.2018, confirmed in S.T.C.No. 330 of 2012, dated 01.11.2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Fast Track Court, at Magisterial Level, Madurai. 2.On perusal of records, it is revealed that the learned Counsel for the petitioner filed a memo on 15.07.2021, stating that the entire bundles were handed over to the petitioner and also withdrawn his memo of appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.Thereafter, even till today, the petitioner failed to engage any counsel to represent him before this Court and the petitioner also failed to appear before this Court in person. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3754 of 2019 4.In view of the above, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed for default. Consequently, the criminal revision petition in Crl.RC(MD)No.SR550 of 2019, stands rejected in SR stage itself.
