PRAYER :- To call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.213 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Orathanadu Police Station, Thanjavur District and quash the same as against the petitioner. 1/3

ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that it is a case, case in counter, and that charge sheets have been filed in both cases.

2. This Court had already granted time to file additional grounds. As of now, no additional grounds have been filed. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the present petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
