ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to expedite the investigation and file final report in Crime No.211 of 2016, on the file of the 2nd respondent, within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the 2nd respondent police filed charge sheet in Crime No.211 of 2016, before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatty, which was also taken on file by the Magistrate concerned.
