Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, praying this Court to condone the delay of 99 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the order passed by the VI Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai in Crl.A.No. 105 of 2016 dated 27.04.2018 confirmed in S.T.C.No. 316 of 2012 dated 01.11.2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Madurai.

PRAYER In Crl.R.C.(MD)SR. No.532 of 2019:This Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C. to set aside the judgment passed by the VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai made in Crl.A.No. 105 of 2016 dated 27.04.2018 by confirming the sentence passed in S.T.C.No. 316 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level, Madurai dated 01.11.2016.

This petition has been filed seeking direction to condone the delay of 99 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the order passed by the VI Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai in Crl.A.No. 105 of 2016, dated 27.04.2018, confirmed in S.T.C.No. 316 of 2012, dated 01.11.2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Madurai. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner filed a memo on 15.07.2021, stating that the entire bundles were handed over to the petitioner and also withdrawn his memo of appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3755 of 2019 3.Thereafter, even till today, the petitioner failed to engage any counsel to represent him before this Court and the petitioner also failed to appear before this Court in person. 4.In view of the above, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed for default. Consequently, the criminal revision case in Crl.RC(MD)No.SR550 of 2019, stands rejected in SR stage itself.
