This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted and the case has been registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.9 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 289, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act.

4.Recording submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy in the manner known to law.
