ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to measure the properties in Vallamputhur Village in Survey No.322/7D and 322/5B2 are situated at Thanjavur (TK), Thanjavur(DT) based on petitioners representation, dated 17.5.2015.

2.Though very many contentions have been raised in this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is given to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2015, that would suffice.

3. Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter and also the contents of the same and also not expressing any opinion one way or other, in the interest of justice, directs the second respondent to look into representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2015 and to dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording to the petitioner and others, if any.
