PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent in respect of impugned notification dated 04.03.2025 issued for the holding of election to the office bearers of the second respondent Association on 21.03.2025 for the year 2025-2026 and quash the same and Further directing the third respondent to conduct election to the Thanjavur Bar Association by following the direction passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.4368 of 2023, dated 02.03.2023.
