ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 302 of IPC and 3(2)(V), SC/ST Act 1989 in Crime No.130 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took this Court through the contents of the First Information Report. He would point out that the petitioner's name has not been implicated in the FIR. The complaint was lodged only two days after the occurrence on hearsay evidence. He also contended that Kulandaivelu belongs to SC community and therefore the provisions of SC/AT Act cannot be invoked against him.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending.
