Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that till date the first respondent has not received any document from the private respondents herein. It is open to the petitioner to move this Court or file an Interlocutory Application in the pending suit as and when occasion arises.
