ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A2 who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b),323,379(NP) 506(i) of IPC r/w.section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No. 31 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that due to some civil dispute the petitioners herein destroyed the rubber trees standing in the field, hence the case.

4. Taking into consideration the facts that the petitioners are involved in three similar previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
