This Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal procedure Code, praying to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl Rc (MD)1480 of 2018 and Crl.MP(MD)No.1954/2018 dated 18.04.2018. Prayer in Crl.RC.148/2018:

Criminal Revision Case filed under section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C seeking to call for the records of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam in C.C.No.642 of 2007 and set aside the order dated 20.02.2018.

ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and affidavit and material papers of this petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Rajagoplan, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.M.Chandrasekar Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, this Court made the following order: The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.148 of 2018 and Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1954 of 2018 dated 18.04.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court from 13.04.2018.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 13.04.2018 till 18.06.2018.

petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
