This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil to dispose the case pending in Crl.R.P.No.22 of 2009. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil is directed to dispose of the case in Crl.R.P.No.22 of 2009 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
