This Criminal Original petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.438 of 2016, dated 09.10.2016 under Sections 294(b), 341, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the first respondent on instructions would submit that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed on 09.02.2017, before the concerned Court and the same is yet to be taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Based on the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
