ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.887/2020(A5) dated 20.06.2020 and quash the same. 2.In this writ petition, the petitioner challenged the transfer order being one of the punishment imposed against him pursuant to the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him, where, he was found guilty for having violated MRP and sold the IMFL. 3.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent TASMAC would submit that, the petitioner has joined in the transferred place. W.P.(MD) No.7535 of 2020 view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in this writ petition to be agitated.

4.By recording the said submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent TASMAC, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
