After some argument, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to revive his earlier writ petition i.e. W.P.(MD) No.2599 of 2009, which was dismissed for default on 13.12.2013 and he has also made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the endorsement he has made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to revive his earlier writ petition i.e. W.P.(MD) No.2599 of 2009, if he is advised to do so. No costs.
