ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for a direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider his representation dated 28.12.2024 and to take appropriate action as against the 8th respondent for illegally running the hallow block manufacturing unit in the name and style of "S.S. Hollow Blocks" in the residential area in Sy.No.34/7 of Kothanallur Revenue Village, Kothanallur Town Panchayat, Vaniyanvilai, Marankonam, Mekkamandapam, Kalkulam, Kanyakumari District and to close the same and ensure the safety and hygienic environment.

2.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 7, on instructions, would submit that the 8th respondent had given a letter dated 22.03.2025 to the 7th respondent stating that manufacturing of the hallow block will be stopped from 22.03.2025 and further 3/6

stated that without obtaining necessary permission from the authority concerned, he will not manufacture the hollow blocks.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
