ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition as against the charge memo dated 02.08.2019 issued by the respondent in R.C.No.D3/9012/2019-1.
2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side submits that the enquiry itself has been completed and decision has to be taken by the disciplinary authority.
3.In view of the subsequent development, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
