O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction directing the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.152 of 2015, registered on 20.08.2015, on the file of Poovanthi Police Station, Sivagangai, within a time frame.

2. Heard Mr.T.Poovanalingam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent and perused the records.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the complaint was registered on 20.08.2015 in Crime No.152 of 2015, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 506(1) and 379(NH) IPC., there was no progress in the investigation and charge sheet was also not filed. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, would submit that the investigation is almost completed and the final report will be filed within a period of one month. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.152 of 2015 and to file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
