Heard both sides.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel submitted that the petitioner has fulfilled his part of obligations and that the petition mentioned loan accounts will be closed and mortgaged documents also be returned to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. 3.Therefore, I direct the respondents to complete the entire exercise within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
