PRAYER :- For Bail In Crime No.10 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ sole accused herein was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.02.2020 for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC.

2. The case was registered in the year 2011 and the petitioner is said to have been absconding for nearly 09 years and recently the petitioner was arrested.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that two previous cases of similar nature are pending against the petitioner and he is a habitual offender.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is absconding for nearly 09 years and previous cases of similar nature are pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
