This writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo and the consequential enquiry report.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner died. 3.Thus, the charges had abated. Therefore, no further orders are required. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. The legal heirs are at liberty to approach the competent authority for settlement of benefits. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
