ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to expedite the trial in learned Judicial Magistrate No II, Sivagangai, in C.C No.438 of 2019 within stipulated time framed that may be prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that summon has been issued to the Witness Nos.1 to 4 and the trial Court has posted the case for appearance of witnesses on 02.05.2023.

3. Considering the oldness of the crime, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No II, Sivagangai, to expedite the trial in C.C No.438 of 2019 and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
