This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for the life and limb based upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.12.2016 in person. 3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, enquiry was conducted and thereafter, it was closed. He produced a copy of the Closure Report into the Court.

4. In view of the same, there is no necessity to issue a direction in this Criminal Original Petition.
