This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to take necessary action against the 3rd respondent based on the petitioners complaint dated 21.02.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.02.2025, the second respondent registered an FIR in Crime No.58 of 2025. Therefore, the petitioner's complaint was already considered and nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3.Since the petitioner's complaint was already considered and an FIR has been registered, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
