PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to expedite the trial in C.C. No.515/2022 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No II, Sivagangai, within stipulated time frame that may be prescribed by this Court. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to expedite the trial in C.C. No.515/2022 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No II, 1/4
Sivagangai, within stipulated time frame that may be prescribed by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that summon has been issued to the Witness Nos.1 to 4 and the trial Court has post the case for appearance of witnesses on 02.05.2023.
3. Considering the oldness of the crime, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No II, Sivagangai, to expedite the trial in C.C No.515 of 2022 and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
