PRAYER :- For Bail In Crime No.51 of 2009 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ A2 herein was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.01.2020 for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC.

2. The case was registered in the year 2009 and the petitioner is said to have been absconding for nearly 11 years and recently the petitioner was arrested.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that two previous cases of similar nature are pending against the petitioner and he is a habitual offender.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is absconding for nearly 11 years and previous cases of similar nature are pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
