The petitioners sought for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent consider their application for issuance of patta. The said representation has been given on 27.12.2024 and the same is pending with the respondents.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the Revenue Divisional Officer is conducting enquiry and after receiving a report, the third respondent will consider and pass orders on merits, disposing of the petitioner's application dated 27.12.2024. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner's application to be disposed of finally, within a period of twelve [12]weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
