ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents not harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was conducted in C.No.48/2023. During the course of enquiry, both side parties appeared and the petitioner had given an undertaking that he will repay the amount of Rs.50,000/- to the fourth respondent on or before 20.03.2023. Recording the above said undertaking, the enquiry was closed on 22.02.2023.

3. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. 29.03.2023 NCC :
