This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to give police protection for the petitioner's and his family members' life and 1/3
limb and to the property of the petitioner comprised in survey No.331/4C1A1 situated in Keelaiyur village within Keelavalavu Police Station limits, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.03.2020 and 27.06.2020 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the third respondent, in which an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.187 of 2020, dated 27.06.2020. He would further submit that for the same dispute, the respondents 5 to 9 have also preferred a complaint against the petitioner and the same has also received by the third respondent, in which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.188 of 2020.
He would also submit that during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
