Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent in any way issuing the Contract/Work order pertaining to the transportation of commodities from Food Corporation of India Depots to Tamilnadu Civil Supplies Corporation Storage Points on the basis of the tender notification, dated 18.06.2015 in respect of Pudukkottai and consequently direct the first respondent to allot the said tender to the petitioner.
