The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.6113 of 2016, dated 08.12.2016 and to totally relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.4854 of 2016, dated 07.10.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent/State.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and the charge sheet was filed in P.R.C.No.123 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the order passed by

the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.6113 of 2016, dated 08.12.2016, is set aside and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, as and when his appearance is required by the learned Magistrate.
