This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that no complaint has been received from the second respondent and no enquiry is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that only on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was initiated in C.S.R.No.488 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent is recorded. 4.In the said circumstances, since there is no enquiry pending against the petitioner, the question of 'not to harass' does not arise.
