This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the respondents not to interfere in civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the purported complaint given by one Subramani.

2. Heard Mr.K.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry with regard to a civil dispute.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the enquiry has been conducted and already closed. Hence, there is no necessity to conduct further enquiry. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
