Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent police to transmit the First Information Report in Crime No.275 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District and to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.275 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent police station within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to transmit the First Information Report in Crime No.275 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District and to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.275 of 2013, on the file of the 2nd respondent police station within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police has filed charge sheet in Crime No.275 of 2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai and the same was taken on file as STC.No.1723 of 2013. He further submitted that since the accused pleaded guilty, the case was disposed of on 27.12.2013, and he produced a xerox copy of PRO slip, with regard to the above said disposal, obtained from the concerned Court. Since the case was disposed of on 27.12.2013, itself, there is no need to pass any further orders in this petition.
5. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
