ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. 2.The fifth respondent is a holder of license for running a bar at the petition mentioned land. The license is now due for renewal. The case of the petitioner is that the land on which the bar is located is to be allotted to her and that final decree proceedings are presently pending. The petitioner has therefore serious objection for renewing the bar license. 3.The fourth respondent is the authority competent to take a call in the matter. The fourth respondent will consider the petitioner's objection before passing order on the request for renewal made by the fifth respondent. The 2/4

petitioner shall also be duly informed about the decision taken by the fourth respondent. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
