This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a Final Report before the Concerned Magistrate Court in Crime No.538 of 2015 on the file of the Respondent Police within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed into Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.05 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

4. Since in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court, this petition is dismissed.
