O R D E R

The decree holder in O.S.No.102 of 2012 on the file of the Additional District Court, Palani, Dindigul District, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition for expeditious disposal of E.A.No.57 of 2024.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the revision petitioner herein has filed the above said suit for the relief of specific performance. The suit was decreed on 24.03.2020. The decree holder has filed E.P.No.12 of 2020 for execution of sale deed. The Court has already executed the sale deed in favour of the revision petitioner. The decree holder has filed E.A.No.57 of 2024 for taking delivery of the property. In the said application, respondents 3 to 6 have not been served and it is being posted for completing service. In such circumstances, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of E.A.No.57 of 2024.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, an application has been filed for substituted service of R3 to R6 in I.A.No.17 of 2025 and it is posted for hearing on 24.06.2025. 2/4

4. Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of E.A.No.57 of 2024 on or before 30.11.2025.
